    WARRANTY 
    We mean it when we say that our jewelry is hand-crafted, locally sourced & ever-lasting. We offer 12 month warranty for all our silver and gold plated pieces purchased on our website. 
    Our warranty policy is valid for 12 months from the date or purchase for manufacturing defects  including colour fading for gold plated products. All you need to do is drop us an e-mail with a subject line WARRANTY and information that we should expect a shipment from you and a tracking number. We will repair or replace your piece and send the product back to you. We will kindly ask you to cover the shipping expenses. 
    If you bought your piece at a retailer and something is up - please contact them directly. 
    Normal wear and tear such as scratches, bumps and dents are not covered by the warranty, but we are happy to renew and polish NO MORE jewelry for you if you like. The price for renewing your piece will vary from 15 - 25 EUR depending on the product. Just drop us an e-mail with a picture and we will let you know if we can help and send you a quote. 
     
    SILVER CARE

    All NO MORE jewelry is handmade of sterling silver. We care about each piece and we want it to look good on you! This polishing cloth will keep your pieces clean (impregnated with an anti tarnish product). Just a gentle rub from time to time will keep your silver looking nice and bright at all times.

    Don’t:

    Get in contact with moisturiser, body lotions & sunscreen

    Scratch against hard surfaces

    Store in humid place like your bathroom

     

    Do:

    Wear your silver - your skin is a natural polisher

    Keep away from chemicals 

    Clean regularly with silver polish cloth

    Store in a plastic bag or in NO MORE box

     

    GOLD PLATED SILVER CARE

    Gold Plated pieces should be taken care of same as silver since it's the main material. We wish gold plating was permanent, but like all types of plating, it doesn't handle rough exposure well. Gold plating wears out over time exposing the base metal underneath. It also loses its luster and fades with time. In general, plating can last for up to four years wearing it every day with proper care. Once the plating wears of we can renew the plating. The price starts from 20 EUR and depends on the size of the jewelry. If you wish to renew your gold plated piece just drop us an e-mail with a subject line GOLD PLATING and send the piece to us. We will polish it, renew it, gold plate it and send the piece back to you looking like new. We will kindly ask you to cover the shipping expenses.

      IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR SIZE, YOU CAN EASILY MEASURE IT YOURSELF AT HOME.

      Follow these steps:
      - Wrap a narrow strip of paper (best would be have same width as the ring) or piece of string comfortably around your intended finger.
      - Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance. This is the circumference in mm.
      - Match the measurement to the circumference column in the above conversion chart. If it falls between 2 sizes, we advise you to order the larger sizes. Especially when you are choosing a wider ring.

      HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

      You will receive a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. It can take up to 24 hours from the shipping day for your tracking number to appear in the courier's system depending on the courier you chose. 

      If you haven’t received shipping confirmation e-mail within 2 business days - please check your spam inbox and if it’s not there - give us a shout at hello@nomoreaccessories.com. You can also check the status of your order at any time at MY ACCOUNT. 


      WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT ARRIVING?

      Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@nomoreaccessories.com. We can start a claims investigation in 30 days from the day of shipping if you chose a regular shipping method; 14 days if you chose Deutsche Post; and an immediate claims investigation when DHL Economy or DHL Express was selected. 

      CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

      It’s possible to change the shipping address until it hasn’t been shipped. You can do this either by going to MY ACCOUNT and editing your order, OR give us a shout at hello@nomoreaccessories.com and we’ll do it for you. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped we won’t be able to adjust the address.

      CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?

      If you’re ordering a gift for your buddy or a loved one we will be happy to gift wrap it for you and include a hand written post card with a message from you. Just give us a shout at hello@nomoreaccessories.com and let us know your order number and what you’d like us to write on a post card.
