We are happy to accept a purchase made on our online shop back within 60 days upon receiving of an item. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and filled out the Returns & Exchanges form. We do not cover shipping costs.
Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund if the shipment is lost in the post.
We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back. We will return full price paid for the goods minus the shipping costs to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.
