Request a return or exchange
We want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn’t fit or you’re not satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days to request a return or exchange.
We gladly exchange or refund unworn and undamaged products bought on our website within 60 days upon receiving an item. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
- Go to your account – click the profile icon or visit your account page.
- Log in – enter your email and the six-digit code sent to you.
- Request a return or an exchange – select your order, choose the item(s), and pick a reason.
- Ship it back – if approved, you’ll get an email with shipping instructions.
- Fill in our returns form that was added to your parcel - if you don't have it, you can download it here.
- Get your refund – once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund.
Please note, we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. Product swaps are not available.

We will ask you to cover the shipping costs of sending the jewelry back to us while we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange size to be shipped to you.
Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make an exchange or a refund if the shipment is lost in the post.
No worries, just send us an email at ask@nomoreaccessories.com with the information of mixed products and we will sort the mix-up as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept or change items bought at one of our stockist stores. If you want to return or exchange an item bought at one of the physical stores, please directly contact the same store where the purchase was made and enquire about their returns policy.
