* Shipments to non-EU countries may take longer due to the customs procedures. Shipments may also be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. We will take care of the paperwork required for the parcel to clear customs. To find out the taxes that may be applied please go to your local customs site to check the rates for items purchased at the EU.

FAQs

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Plus

You will receive a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. It can take up to 24 hours from the shipping day for your tracking number to appear in the courier's system depending on the courier you chose. 

If you haven’t received shipping confirmation e-mail within 2 business days - please check your spam inbox and if it’s not there - give us a shout at ask@nomoreaccessories.com. You can also check the status of your order at any time at MY ACCOUNT

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT ARRIVING? Plus

Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at ask@nomoreaccessories.com. We will start a claims investigation with the shipping company and will take care of the rest.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS? Plus

It’s possible to change the shipping address until it hasn’t been shipped. You can do this either by going to MY ACCOUNT and editing your order, OR give us a shout at ask@nomoreaccessories.com and we’ll do it for you.

Unfortunately, once the order is shipped we won’t be able to adjust the address.

What happens if my order was not delivered? Plus

For regular orders, if the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will cover the cost of reshipping once. However, if the order is subsequently returned to us again, any refund will be reduced by all shipping and return costs incurred.

We recommend ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package to avoid additional charges.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes for orders shipped to the USA? Plus

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already paid at checkout under our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means you will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that if the shipment is refused or not accepted, the DDP charges cannot be refunded.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes for orders shipped outside the EU? (except USA) Plus

For international orders outside of the European Union (EU), please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

If the recipient refuses to pay these duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, any refund issued will be reduced by the actual costs incurred by us, including shipping, customs, and handling fees.
