Our pieces are made in 925 sterling silver. Gold styles are 24k vermeil over 925 silver, 4 microns thick.
Silver is made to be worn. Daily wear naturally polishes the surface and helps keep it bright.
Clean with a soft cloth when needed. Avoid chemicals, perfume, chlorine and salt water when you can — especially on gold vermeil.
Store dry and separate from other pieces.
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 1–3 working days in Europe and 1–7 working days for other regions.

Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition, with branded packaging and the completed Returns & Exchanges form.

If something is wrong with the product, we’ll repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, scratches, or damage caused by improper use.
