Polishing cloth

I ordered a polish cloth along with the jewelry i ordered and never received it, I've emailed a couple times they apologized and was told it was in the mail but as of today I have not received it. The other items I ordered, a ring and anklet I received and love them but disappointed about not receiving the polish cloth.
