Answers to most common questions about orders, shipments, and returns.
We are happy to exchange an item bought on our website with a new size within 60 days upon receiving an item. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and filled out the Returns & Exchanges form.
We will send you the requested size or model as soon as we receive your order back. We will ask you to cover the shipping costs of sending the jewelry back to us while we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange size to be shipped to you.
Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make an exchange or a refund if the shipment is lost in the post.

We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back. We will return full price paid for the goods minus the shipping costs to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.

No worries, just send us an email at ask@nomoreaccessories.com with the information of mixed products and we will sort the mix-up as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept or change items bought at one of our stockist stores. If you want to return or exchange an item bought at one of the physical stores, please directly contact the same store where the purchase was made and enquire about their returns policy.
