Loss, due to earring clasp fitting too loosely...

At first, I was very pleased with the earrings. Unfortunately, the clasp of one earring was not tight enough, so I have now lost it. Fortunately, only the clasp and not the entire earring. Nevertheless, very annoying.
Also annoys me that there is not the possibility to reorder only one clasp separately and that you therefore have to repurchase the whole earring again.
