HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. It can take up to 24 hours from the shipping day for your tracking number to appear in the courier's system depending on the courier you chose.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT ARRIVING?
Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at a ask@nomoreaccessories.com. We will start a claims investigation with the shipping company and will take care of the rest.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
It’s possible to change the shipping address until it hasn’t been shipped. You can do this either by going to MY ACCOUNT and editing your order, OR give us a shout at ask@nomoreaccessories.com and we’ll do it for you. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped we won’t be able to adjust the address.
