CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We are happy to accept a purchase made on our online shop back or change it with a new size or a model within 14 days upon receiving of an item. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and a note with an order number and requested service. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT IN A STOCKIST STORE?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept or change items bought at one of our stockist stores. If you want to return or exchange an item bought at one of the physical stores, please contact directly the same store where the purchase was made and enquire about their returns policy.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM?

No worries, just send us an email at hello@nomoreaccessories.com with the information of mixed products and we will sort the mix-up as soon as possible. We will be sure to include a little present for you as an apology.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Drop us an email at hello@nomoreaccessories.com with your order number, specify an item you’d like to change if there were several peaces of jewelry in your order and tell us if you want a different size or a different model altogether. We will ask you to choose a shipping method and to cover the shipping costs. To see the types and rates please see ORDERS & SHIPPING. We will send you a requested size or model as soon as we receive your order back and receive payment to cover shipping costs.

Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post and to send us a tracking number in order to follow the shipment. We will not be responsible if the shipment is lost in the post and does not reach us. In such case we will not be able to exchange the item or refund for it.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Drop us an email at hello@nomoreaccessories.com with your order number and specify whether you are returning an entire order or a specific item in the order. 

Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post and to send us a tracking number in order to follow the shipment. We will not be responsible if the shipment is lost in the post and does not reach us. In such case we will not be able to exchange the item or refund for it.

Please make sure to send us tracking number at hello@nomoreaccessories.com together with order number and information for product return or exchange to ensure speedy service and refund. We will not be responsible if the shipment is lost in the post and does not reach us. In such case we will not be able to exchange the item or refund for it.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I’M RETURNING AN ITEM?

We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back. We will return full price paid for the goods minus the shipping costs. To see shipping types and rates please see ORDERS & SHIPPING. We will use the rate according to the shipping method you picked when making the purchase. In case you had a free shipping rate we will use tracked post rate between 2 - 4 EUR depending on your region.

The funds will be returned to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment. Once we have received the items, your refund will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.
